🦇 ToS 🦇 PLEASE READ THIS PAGE FULLY BEFORE ASKING ME QUESTIONS

☕ OVERVIEW
‣ These terms and conditions are subject to change, without warning. I will generally post on social media when they are updated. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from me.
‣ I retain the rights to every image I produce.
‣ Live2D Models are able to be used for commercial purposes WITH credit, please link back to my Twitter in your bio or descriptions.
‣ My clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions as NFT. Doing so is in violation of these terms.
‣ All completed commissions are non-r*fundable. I determine what make a commission considered completed.
‣ I have the right to decline any commission without question.
‣ Finished commissions may be posted on my social media unless otherwise specified. Finished commissions may be used as examples or listed in my portfolio unless otherwise specified.
‣ Finished commissions may be posted to other websites by the commissioner with proper credit given.
☕ PAYMENT
‣ I will not begin work on a commission until full payment is received OR initial payment of an agreed upon payment plan is received. (Half payment initially, and half near the completion of the commission or other agreed upon date.)
‣Preferred oayments are through Venmo & cashapp, but I have paypal as a last result .
‣ Prices listed are a baseline and can fluctuate above the list price based on complexity.
☕ PROCESS
‣ For Live2D Model Art OR Rigging Expect a turnaround time of 2 - 4 months. Generally an initial concept sketch will be provided within the first month. Updates will be provided generally after every session I work on your project. Note in the case of requesting both art and rig from me, the completion time will likely be longer.
‣ After closing form submissions, I will reach out to those I’ve selected for that batch with a QUOTE via the mode of contact listed on the form. This will generally happen within a week, but I will post on Twitter for a date to keep an eye out for.
‣ I will NOT contact those who I am not selecting for the batch.
‣ For Live2D Model Art commissions you will receive a sketch for initial approval. If you must request changes I ask you to do it at this phase.
‣ For Live2D Model Art commissions I will send WIP shots through out the entire process.
‣ Finished commissions will be sent via Google Drive link.

🦇 FAQ 🦇

☕ Is there a waitlist? Can I be put on the waitlist?
🦇 No and No. Live2D commissions have no waitlist due to extremely limited slots. Selections are made via Google Form application during an opening period.
☕ Is there a discount for commissioning both art and rigging from you?
🦇 No, art and rigging is simply the art + rig pricing. (Ex. Half body model art + Half body rigging = $1400)
☕ How much would my model cost?
🦇 Please reach out through any of my forms of contact with your design and a short description of the features you'd want on your model for accurate quotes.
